10-3 Zion National Park

Our next stop was the main Zion National Park. The weather was just perfect and we really had a wonderful time. The park is pretty large, so we had to choose which hikes and areas to visit.

Before we started seeing the sights, we had a yummy picnic lunch near the visitor's center.
 
 

Here's cute Gord running around-- he was really glad to be out of that backpack for a while!
 

Tom was our Junior Ranger for the day. He really was great while we hiked around!
