A little Tuesday morning inspiration...

"Welcome every morning with a smile. Look on the new day as another special gift from your Creator, another golden opportunity to complete what you were unable to finish yesterday. Be a self-starter. Let your first hour set the theme of success and positive action that is certain to echo through your entire day. Today will never happen again. Don't waste it with a false start or no start at all. You were not born to fail.”

~Oq Mandino

ALSO, check out this essay about reading, by Elizabeth Berg, one of my favorite authors. I love Elizabeth Berg because she so beautifully articulates exactly how I feel. ♥ Happy Tuesday!

What a great thought!--great picture too!

Hey! I saw on Emily Loria's site that you like to win free stuff. Stop on by my blog and get in on my giveaway too. I would really like someone I kind of, sort of know--or am at least familiar with to win. Been lots of strangers coming out of the woodwork to get free stuff :).

oooh . . . goody goody GUMDROPS! I have never heard of Elizabeth Berg and I loved this article. I have a collection of articles about reading, and this one is definitely going in the pile. I put "The Day I Ate Whatever I Wanted" on my "plan to read" list on Shelfari. Speaking of, I've been WAITING for you to get your Shelfari bookshelf together, girl. I mean, it's not like you're BUSY or anything :).
